Blue Jays’ Wagner to rest for three weeks

Neil Wagner remains in wait and see mode, hopeful that the forearm strain that forced him to the disabled list will improve with rest. The reliever visited with Dr. James Andrews this week after being place on the Buffalo Bisons' disabled list.
