Cecil exits in eighth with left groin tightness

Toronto's Brett Cecil delivered what appeared to be a standard 1-1 pitch to Chris Davis and came off the mound limping with left groin tightness during the eighth inning of the Blue Jays' 4-0 win over the Orioles on Friday night at Camden Yards.
