Dickey, Lind exit with injuries

Blue Jays right-hander R.A. Dickey was buzzing along in the seventh inning until right groin tightness forced him from Saturday's game against the Orioles. With Toronto trailing, 3-1, and no one on with two outs in the seventh, Dickey left the game with a trainer.
