Yanks gain on two reviews against Blue Jays

Yankees starter David Phelps was able to escape a first-inning jam against the Blue Jays in Thursday night's 6-4 win thanks to an overturned safe call on a pickoff play against Melky Cabrera. In the eighth, an out call at first on Dioner Navarro was ruled to stand as Toronto manager John Gibbons lost the challenge.
