Lawrie will head to DL with fractured right index finger

Brett Lawrie is headed for the disabled list after he fractured his right index finger during Sunday's 4-3 loss to the Reds. Lawrie was struck on his right hand by a pitch from Reds right-hander Johnny Cueto during the second inning. He was later removed from the game and underwent an X-ray, which revealed the damage.
