Toronto\'s No. 2 prospect returns from TJ surgery

Right-hander Roberto Osuna, the Blue Jays' No. 2 prospect, pitched a perfect inning on Tuesday in the Gulf Coast League. It was his first game action since undergoing Tommy John surgery last July.
