Dickey confident Blue Jays can turn things around

After he pitched one of his best games as a Blue Jay on Tuesday night to help Toronto to its only win of this current road trip so far in Anaheim, R.A. Dickey was trying to lend some perspective to the sky-is-falling mentality surrounding the team as it tries to get its feet back under it.
