Blue Jays DFA Sergio Santos, recall Rob Rasmussen

The Toronto Blue Jays announced today that right-handed reliever Sergio Santos has been removed off the 40-man and designated for assignment. Lefty Rob Rasmussen has been recalled from Triple-A Buffalo and will join the active roster.
