Blue Jays' Santos clears waivers, will report to Triple-A

Toronto Blue Jays reliever Sergio Santos was designated for assignment on Monday afternoon, and has reportedly cleared waivers. Santos will report to the Triple-A Buffalo Bisons, according to Ben Nicholson-Smith of Sportsnet. He posted an ugly 7.78 ERA with a 2.09 WHIP across 24 appearances with the Jays this season.  ...
