Blue Jays aren't planning to skip Hutchison's turn

The Blue Jays don't have any plans to make changes to their starting rotation with an off-day on Monday. Toronto hasn't enjoyed a day off since the All-Star break but instead of using it to skip a starter, the club will provide everyone with an extra day of rest.
