This Week in Blue Jays History

August 4, 1989 - The Blue Jays beat the Yankees this day, 2-1, at SkyDome. Dave Stieb gave up two hits; a double to Roberto Kelly and a single to Steve Sax. A double to Roberto Kelly, you say? Yes, it was that double. He hit it after Stieb had thrown 8.2 perfect innings. It was a great performance by a Blue Jay great.
