MLB's Joe Torre to rule on Tampa Bay Rays protest

The Tampa Bay Rays played their game against the Blue Jays on Saturday under protest after the umpiring crew allowed a fourth-inning review of a pickoff play at first base, even though Toronto manager John Gibbons may have been a little late on the trigger in requesting it.
