Docs fix Blue Jays Melky Cabrera, Chad Jenkins

The Blue Jays announced Monday that left fielder Melky Cabrera underwent successful surgery in the morning to repair his fractured little finger on his right hand. He is gone for the season and was placed on the 15-day disabled list retroactive to Sept 6.
