Stroman, Buerhle swapping to give rookie extra rest
Blue JaysMark Buehrle will start on Sunday against the Rays in place of Marcus Stroman, Blue Jays manager John Gibbons confirmed on Friday. Stroman will pitch Monday in the series opener against the Orioles at Camden Yards instead.
