Happ excellent, but Toronto cedes WC ground

The margin for error was so low, that despite allowing only two hits through seven innings, J.A. Happ was saddled with the loss as the Blue Jays fell to the Rays, 1-0, at Rogers Centre on Friday. The Blue Jays, who opened the day 3 1/2 games out of the second American League Wild Card spot, fell to four games behind.
