Blue Jays to focus on outfield, 'pen to build for 2015

In the coming weeks, GM Alex Anthopoulos will face some very tough decisions on pending free agents and players with club options. It will be about finding the right balance between performance and value on a team that might not be able to add a lot of payroll.
