Melky Cabrera turns down Jays' qualifying offer
CBCMelky Cabrera has turned down a $15.3-million US qualifying offer from the Toronto Blue Jays and will test the free agent market. All 12 free agents who were given the offers last week chose not to accept by Monday's 5 p.m. EST deadline.
