Fisher Cats athletic trainer Bob Tarpey was named the 2014 Minor League Athletic Trainer of the Year this week at the annual Baseball Winter Meetings in San Diego. Tarpey, who was named the Eastern League's top trainer in August, has been with the Fisher Cats since 2010.
