Blue Jays sign three to Minors deals with invites

The Blue Jays signed three players -- right-handed pitcher Wilton Lopez, outfielder Caleb Gindl and infielder Jake Fox -- to Minor League contracts Friday, with each receiving invites to Major League Spring Training.
