Toronto Blue Jays preliminary grade breakdown

I am finalizing the Toronto Blue Jays Top 20 Prospects list for 2015. So far, the grades break down like this:Grade A:  ZeroGrade A-:  TwoGrade B+:  ZeroGrade B:   TwoGrade B-:  EightGrade C+:  EightGrade C:   20This seems kind of too low to me now that I break it down like this....
