Blue Jays' Saunders walking tall a day after surgery

Standing in the shelter of a balcony just outside the Blue Jays clubhouse, a bitter, cold downpour falling from a slate-grey sky, turning the nearby baseball diamond into a lake, Michael Saunders was oblivious to the miserable weather.
