Jays' decisions taking shape halfway through camp

In less than three weeks, the Toronto Blue Jays will be in Montreal preparing for the spring’s final two exhibition games. So, while it’s customary to say there’s plenty of time left to make decisions, the season’s beginning is sneaking up quickly and, with respect to the club’s pitching, the dominoes soon will fall.
