Cecil progressing; Hynes turning heads

It’s another year and there’s a different name but, once again, the Blue Jays’ presumptive closer is battling his way through shoulder problems. Now it’s Brett Cecil, who appears to be Toronto’s ninth inning man in the wake of Aaron Sanchez’s assumed defection to the starting rotation as the injured Marcus Stroman’s replacement.
