Morosi: Blue Jays to use Castro ‘a lot’ in April

Jon Morosi was on Dean Blundell & Co. this morning and said that he expects the Toronto Blue Jays to use 20-year-old pitcher Miguel Castro ‘a lot’ in the month of April.
