Jays' Navarro to DL, Thole called up

The Toronto Blue Jays placed catcher Dioner Navarro on the 15-day disabled list, retroactive to April. 22, with a strained left hamstring on Thursday. Toronto called up catcher Josh Thole from the Buffalo Bisons to help fill the void behind the plate.
