Norris hopeful he's over bout with "dead arm"

Daniel Norris was hesitant to express effusive optimism that he's emerged from his bout with "dead arm" but he was a dead (pun intended) giveaway on Friday afternoon, both in tone of voice and body language. The worst, he believes, is over and when Norris takes the ball on Saturday night against the Rays, he's expecting better results.
