Toronto sending Reyes to DL, recalling Diaz

The Blue Jays placed shortstop Jose Reyes on the 15-day disabled list with a cracked rib late Monday night, and they will purchase the contract of infielder Jonathan Diaz from Triple-A Buffalo prior to Tuesday's game against the Red Sox.
