Blue Jays option Norris, add Estrada to rotation

The Toronto Blue Jays optioned Daniel Norris to triple-A Buffalo to create roster space for Andrew Albers, the team announced Friday. Meanwhile, Marco Estrada will join the club’s starting rotation.
