Pompey, Albers optioned to Triple-A Buffalo
The Blue Jays made a pair of roster moves after Friday's loss to the Indians, sending down OF Dalton Pompey and LHP Andrew Albers, and calling up OF Ezequiel Carrera and RHP Scott Copeland.
