Blue Jays sign first round pick Harris

The Toronto Blue Jays have signed 30 of their 40 selections and eight of the top 10, including first-round pick RHP Jon Harris from the 2015 First Year Player Draft. Eight non-drafted free agents were also signed following the draft.
