Cecil not only one responsible for blown save

Brett Cecil blew the save that snapped the winning streak and afterward he declined to speak to the media. The day after the night before, Cecil stood before the horde and broke down the fateful 11th inning and what went wrong. In doing so, it quickly became apparent why he needed to sleep it off.
