Dickey goes on bereavement list; Kawasaki called up

R.A. Dickey was placed on the bereavement list by the Blue Jays on Friday so that he can return home following the death of his father. Infielder Munenori Kawasaki was recalled from Triple-A Buffalo to fill Dickey's roster spot.
