Blue Jays set to promote Redmond, Rasmussen

The Blue Jays will select the contract of Todd Redmond before Monday’s game against the Rays, an industry source told Sportsnet. Rob Rasmussen and R.A. Dickey will also join the team in Tampa Bay.
