Felix Doubront an option to start for Blue Jays on Saturday

With Aaron Sanchez still probably weeks away from rejoining the Blue Jays rotation and Drew Hutchison coming off a difficult night on Monday, the Blue Jays may be looking at another option when Sanchez's spot in the rotation comes up again on Saturday.
