Blue Jays sign Joba Chamberlain to minor deal: report

The Toronto Blue Jays reportedly have signed former Detroit and New York Yankees right-hander Joba Chamberlain, who the Tigers released on July 10 after his ERA rose nearly three runs over a stretch of 10 appearances.
