Sources: Tulo Toronto-bound; Rox land Reyes

The Blue Jays have acquired five-time All-Star shortstop Troy Tulowitzki from the Rockies, a source has told MLB.com's Thomas Harding. The clubs have not confirmed the deal. According to a report by FOX Sports' Ken Rosenthal, shortstop Jose Reyes and prospects will head from Toronto to Colorado in exchange for Tulowitzki.
