Scott MacArthur: It's very difficult to sign free agent pitchers in Toronto

TSN's Blue Jays reporter Scott MacArthur joined TSN Drive to discuss the acquisition of Troy Tulowitzki, and noted the next step for Alex Anthopolous is to go after another pitcher. MacArthur also noted that it has been very difficult in past years for the Blue Jays to sign any free agent pitchers.
