Slumping Kevin Pillar gets a break

For just the second game this season, Kevin Pillar was not in the Blue Jays' starting lineup. Instead, manager John Gibbons had former Phillies outfielder Ben Revere in centre with recent callup Ezequiel Carrera in left.
