Blue Jays' Thole thrilled to be back in fold

Not everyone can catch a big-league knuckleball, but Josh Thole can. As a result, he’s back in the Blue Jays clubhouse to catch each of R.A. Dickey’s last nine starts, including Sunday’s 12-5 win over the Los Angeles Angels.
