Encarnacion more than just a slugger

Edwin Encarnacion’s 26-game hit streak – which ended on Tuesday night – was the longest in the majors this year and the longest since Colorado’s Nolan Arenado reeled off a 28-gamer in 2014, has shone a spotlight on the big first baseman’s versatility as a hitter, far beyond just being a slugger.
