Blue JaysThe TORONTO BLUE JAYS have reinstated RHP MARCUS STROMAN from the 60-day disabled list and recalled RHP CHAD JENKINS from Buffalo of the International League (AAA). To make room on the roster for STROMAN, 2B DEVON TRAVIS, placed on the 15-day disabled list on July 29, has been transferred to the 60-day disabled list.
