Tulo exits after collision; X-rays negative

Blue Jays shortstop Troy Tulowitzki exited Game 1 of a doubleheader against the Yankees on Saturday with an undisclosed injury after colliding with Kevin Pillar in shallow center field while making a catch to end the second inning with Toronto trailing, 2-0.
