Tulowitzki still unsure of return to Jays

Troy Tulowitzki was noncommittal about when he may return to the Toronto Blue Jays. As TSN's Scott MacArthur writes, he wouldn't speculate on whether the two-to-three week timeframe from the injury's occurrence last Saturday was realistic.
