Blue Jays, Rangers to meet in ALDS thanks to second-half surges

Both the Toronto Blue Jays and Texas Rangers transformed themselves at the trade deadline with some bold moves and were able to shoot up their respective division standings into first place in the second half. Now they meet in the ALDS.
