Josh Donaldson leaves the game

Josh Donaldson took a knee to the head, sliding into second, trying to break up a double play. He came out of the game in the bottom of the 5th, Ezequiel Carrera pinch hit for him. It's possible he has a concussion, but I'm hoping it is something less series....
