Bautista leaves ALDS Game 1 with cramp

Blue Jays slugger Jose Bautista exited Game 1 of the American League Division Series against the Rangers in the top of the ninth inning Thursday with cramping in his right hamstring. The right fielder didn't come out to his regular spot on defense to start the final frame and was replaced by Dalton Pompey.
