Blue Jays, Rangers using different theories with pitching decisions

USA Today's Joe Lemire points out that while the Jays are going with the hot hand of Marcus Stroman over the experienced David Price, the Rangers have elected to go the opposite route in choosing Cole Hamels instead of Yovani Gallardo.
