Blue Jays credit Volquez, turn the page

The Blue Jays showed up expecting Royals Game 1 starter Edinson Volquez to be at his best. They figured he would feed off the large, noisy home crowd and the adrenaline of a postseason series. They got a little more than that. They were quick to credit Volquez and to say that there's plenty of baseball left.
