Mike Wilner: Not the time for Toronto Blue Jays to cut payroll

Although the 2016 payroll for the Jays hasn't been set, Mike Wilner doesn't see why the budget for the on-field product would decrease given the team has the players to contend & winning led to more money for Rogers.
