Hernandez among 5 pitchers to agree to terms

The Blue Jays overhauled the upper levels of their Minor League system on Friday afternoon by officially coming to terms with five pitchers and claiming an outfielder off waivers. The group of pitchers is headlined by veterans Roberto Hernandez and Brad Penny.
